The dashboard summarizes orchestration health at a glance:- recent work order progress
- pending approvals
- recent activities
- high-level gateway status
- key counts (active/blocked/pending/completed)

Behavior Notes
- WAL mode is enabled for SQLite at dashboard startup path.
- Rows are transformed for UI-friendly display (relative timestamps, compact labels).
- This page is read-heavy and does not execute destructive actions directly.
